You have seen us talk a bit about being a partner, not a competitor. But what does that mean, and why are we pushing this?

A partner, especially in business, is a sort of companion. Someone who is there for you and helps you succeed. That is what US Trailer does. We supply the things our partners need in order to serve their customers. Our end of the deal is that we keep prices as low as possible and treat everyone fairly. Our partner’s end of that is to be honest with us when they find a better deal, or when we are better than their usual supplier. After all, every dollar saved on supplies is another dollar on the bottom line!

What a partner is not is someone who poaches your customers.

When FleetPride comes to town, independent repair shops vanish. In 2021, 8 shops representing more than 200 years of combined service to their customers closed or were absorbed into the FleetPride collective.

They don’t even hide it. Not really. After all, it’s right there in the name: FleetPride Heavy Duty Parts & Service. Service...repairs...what you do every day for your customers. Of course, that side isn’t emphasized, not when selling parts. But it’s always there. FleetPride is not your partner...they are your competition.

US Trailer is not, has never been, and will not be in the repairs business. That’s your specialty. Ours is making sure you have the parts, supplies, and support you need to do the job, and do it right. We offer the service you demand and offer more than that. We believe the answer is always ‘YES’. Yes, we can do that. Yes, we can make that work. Yes is part of the culture at US Trailer.

The only thing we say ‘no’ to is taking jobs out from under you. We don’t think that’s too much to ask.
